Once you've chosen the ideal section from one of our exclusive lifestyle blocks, what you build there is only limited by your imagination.

The architect or builder you use is up to you, but if you need a little help we can connect you with one of our recommended local architects.
Highlands 2
This modern home seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces each framing commanding ocean views. Divided into two wings, the open-plan living space extends north to south, between the deck and pool on the north-east side, and the courtyard complete with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, in the western corner. The bedroom wing extends east to west. The master bedroom suite enjoys a private deck, taking in the sweep of Bream Bay and the rising sun.
Two distinct roofs slope to provide the perfect nest for the second-storey, cantilevered over the main deck. This bonus apartment has its own ensuite and external access. With floor to ceiling glass walls to drink in the panorama, this is an inspiring space for a home office or a fourth bedroom.
Highlands 3
This modern barn-style home was chosen to perfectly suit the site contours, setbacks and lay of the land on Lot 3. By designing a two storey home, every room has a glimpse of the landscape over the lifestyle block and the expansive sea views.
The dark vertical cladding accentuates the height of the main two storey building and cleverly blends the design into its natural surroundings. Touches of vertical timber batten cladding add extra texture and interest to the design of Highlands 3.
Highlands 7
This stunning house was designed to maximise the views from the main living area, leading out onto the newly laid lawn. The glass cladding for this area of the house ensures that no views are missed.
The rest of the rooms are wrapped to form a backwards ‘L’ shape, orientated to take in the rest of the expansive northerly views. The dwelling steps down to the main open plan living area; with the roof pitched to follow the ground contours and then waterfall down the back walls to the southern side of the house.
Clad in dark to earthy timber tones with touches of light-coloured plaster to break up the elevations, the Highlands 7 truly blends into the landscape capturing those amazing ocean views.
